Eau de Parfum
Eau de Parfum sits at roughly 15–20% fragrance oil, which puts it above Eau de Toilette and below pure Parfum. For most people in the UAE, it is the right balance between projection, longevity and price.
Why EDP works in this climate
Heat accelerates evaporation. A light Eau de Toilette that performs well in a European autumn can disappear within two hours of a Dubai afternoon. The higher oil load in an EDP resists that — expect six to eight hours of wear, with the base notes still detectable on clothing the next day.
How to apply it
Two to four sprays is plenty. Target the pulse points where the skin runs warm: wrists, the base of the neck, behind the ears. Do not rub the wrists together — the friction breaks down the top notes and shortens the life of the fragrance. Spraying onto moisturised skin makes a noticeable difference.
