Who we are
Emirush Perfume is an online fragrance retailer selling designer, niche and Arabic perfumes to customers in the United Arab Emirates.
Prices and currency
All prices on this store are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
We try to keep every price and product description accurate. If we discover a pricing or description error after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the delivery address, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
Product availability
Stock is limited and can sell out between the time you add an item to your cart and the time you check out. If an item you have paid for is unavailable, we will refund it in full.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship outside the UAE. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Returns
Perfume is a sealed cosmetic product. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, and only where the item is unopened and the manufacturer seal is intact. Full details, including how to start a return, are on our Returns Policy page.
Product images and descriptions
Product photographs are provided for identification. Packaging, batch coding and bottle design are changed by manufacturers from time to time, so the item you receive may differ in presentation from the photograph. Fragrance notes listed on product pages describe the scent and are not a list of ingredients.
Trade marks
All brand names, product names and logos shown on this store belong to their respective owners. They are used to describe the products we sell. Emirush Perfume is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised distributor for any of these brands unless expressly stated.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use this store to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the UAE courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
