We want you to be happy with your purchase from Emirush Perfume. Because fragrance is a personal and hygiene-sensitive product, our returns policy works as follows.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and still sealed in its original manufacturer cellophane
- In its original box and packaging, undamaged
- Complete, including any gift set components, travel sprays or accessories
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fragrance that has been opened, unsealed, sprayed or tested. This is standard practice in fragrance retail worldwide and applies regardless of the reason for return.
Items we cannot accept
- Opened or unsealed fragrances
- Gift sets where the outer seal has been broken
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charge. This applies whether or not the item is still sealed, and your statutory rights are not affected.
How to request a return
Email emirush42@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of return delivery is the customer's responsibility and the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the returns process above applies.
