Perfume Gift Sets

A gift set is usually better value than the bottle alone and always looks more considered. Most of ours pair a full-size fragrance with a travel spray, body lotion or shower gel in the matching scent — which also happens to be the most effective way to make a fragrance last.

Choosing a set as a gift

If you are buying for someone whose taste you do not know well, stay with the widely loved rather than the unusual: Versace Bright Crystal, Dior Sauvage, Good Girl and Club de Nuit Intense are hard to get wrong. If you know they already wear and like a fragrance, the set version of it is the safest possible choice — you are giving them more of something they have already chosen.

Layering, and why it works

Scented body lotion or shower gel gives the perfume something to hold onto. Fragrance evaporates faster from dry skin, so applying the matching lotion first can add two or three hours of wear. This matters especially in air-conditioned environments, which dry the skin considerably.

Sets are well suited to Eid, weddings, birthdays and corporate gifting.
